Good afternoon. There are questions about this KPI:
1. Tell me, can I use this KPI to calculate how much an employee sold goods in a particular category?
2. Are these settings https://prnt.sc/100k9sr enough, or is it necessary to indicate the process in which the product was sold?
3. If we specify a process, will Box calculate the sum of only this category or add the sum of the entire process?
4. Will it be sold items only (discarded from stock) or process items?
5. Are the sums of subcategories taken into account if it is a parent category and under it there are three more levels of categories?
Thanks in advance

1. yes, you need to specify the identifier of the required category in the "Processor class parameter" field 2. yes, this KPI handler takes into account all statuses of business processes that are considered sold (the action "Sell a business process" was added at the stage 3. the choice of a process does not affect this handler, it will calculate the sum of the products of the specified category of these processes 4. goods process 5. When the module of additional categories is enabled, only products where the selected category of one of the specific categories is indicated are taken into account. Otherwise, the selected one and its subcategories.

we have included the module of additional categories. Describe, once again, plz, in this case, when choosing a parent category, will the amount be calculated taking into account all subcategories?

Maxim, also according to item 1 of the question, do you need to specify the id of the category? When you enter the parameter of the handler class https://prnt.sc/1046ulv into the field, the handler class https://prnt.sc/1046vjf flies. Or in what form should the handler class parameter be entered? Thanks

Only products where: - the main category contains the selected one or its sub-categories - in the additional category, only a specific category is indicated

there the handler is automatically indicated below in the field corrected so that it can be seen immediately after saving, but it is not clear where to unload (it will be unloaded at night)

Maxim, if possible on the example of the position https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/products/828/edit/. Its sale will fall into the KPI under the category Spotlights, lighting - as a product from a subcategory to this category. It also has an additional category https://prnt.sc/10ar6kt. If I deduce the KPI for the Smart Home category (id 25), will the sale also fall into this KPI (that is, it will be duplicated)?

if you display 2 KPIs for 2 categories, which includes the same product, it is obvious that the product will be counted in both categories
