These templates are not stored in files, they only exist as a setting.
To make the letter layout correct - you can take the wrapper code, paste it into a text editor (Notepad++, SublimeText, etc.), save it as an html file - then open it in a browser and make the layout you need. After the end, paste the contents of the file into the setting
