In the settings of the interface of the contact / client card, it is indicated to display the block “Authorization to the client’s personal account”, but in fact this block is not displayed in the card for some reason (screenshots in the attachment). The contact belonging to the contact group for which the interface is configured is checked. What could be the reason and what settings have not yet been taken into account?

Provide a link to the contact with which the problem is in the interface setup.

I view profiles from an account with admin rights.

Here is how an example
http://lk.halabudda.com/admin/shop/users/36/ (client access level)
http://lk.halabudda.com/admin/shop/users/24/ (Employee access level)
And here the block is displayed for some reason
http://lk.halabudda.com/admin/shop/users/5/ (Employee access level)

and here http://lk.halabudda.com/admin/shop/usergroups/-2/interface/ - configured You probably didn’t understand the interface settings a bit - it is divided both by type of contacts and by groups. That is, you set up an interface for contacts without a type/gender, as well as for the "female" type - but this block was not added for the "male" interface (another interface is configured there). To solve your problem - just add the required block to the interface for the "Male" type (go through the gear in the upper right corner of the card of the desired contact).

Yes, I have not yet had time to learn about setting up the interface also by the type of contact. Thanks for the clarification!
