In fact, working with the settings for actions and the BP interface takes the most time, and here you need to do everything as conveniently as possible.
1. Make three buttons on the stage card:
Interface / Actions / Action Bar (Action Menu)

Answers:
The only thing in the third paragraph is to add somewhere the name of the stage on which we are currently working with actions, otherwise if you move away from the computer and then return, you can forget what you did and what the stage was.
