The scrollbar fits over parts of the interface that need to be filled in, seen, and so on. Is it possible to move the bar down?! In this case, closes the vendor selection. In all systems familiar to the user, the scrollbar is always at the bottom, starting with Windows, Excel and ending .... yes, in any. A huge request to make a convenient strip at the bottom so that it does not fit on the interface.
