This bug never goes away.
We reset the cache, updated the browser, deleted cookies, pressed CTRL + F5 - and after the next reboot of the computer or a long downtime of the computer, this bug reappears.
It is very inconvenient to refresh the browser every time or reset the history.
Windows 10 Pro
Chrome. Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official build), (64 bit)
Is it solvable?

I seem to have caught this bug. If you open the list of processes, but the filters are collapsed, then if you expand the filters, the fields are empty. And if the filters are initially opened and switch between processes, then the fields are filled.
