Good afternoon!
With enviable regularity, we do not send letters through scheduled mailings.
Where can I see the logs and understand the reasons?
In general, the interface of scheduled mailings is not informative:
It is not clear how many people will be sent (how it is implemented in mass mailings).
It would be very good if it were possible to "pull out" the list of emails that got into the mailing list based on filters. Or even rework the filter. In mass mailings, this is implemented normally.
I can't figure out why this mailing didn't "work".

Good afternoon Your specified mailing did not work because the additional field with the multilist type was not filtered correctly in the code. I fixed this and now it will work. The logs for sending all emails are here https://onebox.constantagro.com.ua:44553/admin/report/massemailsend/

In logging there is a log called smtp and sendemail where you can see what you want

These two mailings did not work again.
1. Why?
2. Should I write here every time to find out the reason?

No. You can tell once in an accessible way what we are doing wrong (if we are to blame). Believe me, I also do not enjoy writing correspondence with you instead of work. Please answer my questions above (starting from the first post) and we will close this topic. Of course, provided that we mow. And then I get the impression that this functionality was developed by accident and, of course, not brought to mind. And now no one wants to deal with it, because no one will pay for the revision of what should work anyway.

No problem let's indicate an example of the 1st mailing list on which I will write out configuration errors for you

I pointed out to you three links above, starting from my very first post. Let's talk about them here. Tell us why each of these mailings did not work on time. Also, I will be grateful if you tell me in more detail how I, as a user, can find out about the reasons for the incorrect "behavior" of mailing lists in the future.
