Form on site
Hello! Please tell me how to resolve the issue. On the job search site, next to each vacancy, there is a button to leave an application, after which a standard form of name, phone number is filled in, and the lead must enter the process.
Task: you need to be able to see which button the lead came from. Form 1box insert on the site did not work, did not find how. I thought it would be implemented with utm labels for each button and a transition to the onebox form, but utm labels do not remember the box. Maybe there are some options or thoughts?

Answers:
If you have access to the site, then the easiest way is to write a form on the side of the site and then send the form to the rest api box on the back-end of the site, create a task there, for each vacancy you can insert your data into the fields you need. For example, the name of the vacancy in some additional field or immediately in the name of the task being created. This way you get maximum flexibility. Here is a link to the documentation:
