Problem with xml price list import

In the hourly action "Universal import of products (xml / json) (Price PLU)" https://knz.market/admin/auto/action/hour/edit/ there is some problem with loading or processing the file.

There are two suspicions, but I would like to know exactly what the reason is.
1. The link is not to a specific xml, but to a folder. When a link is inserted into the browser, an xml file is downloaded (does not open) with a name different from the name of the folder. When you insert a link into the browser, it is downloaded only because you are authorized on this site,
