The finalization of unloading the price list works crookedly
Last year, they did a revision (the work was carried out through technical support) to generate a price list (upload the price list, and the system determines the product by article and inserts a certain price of the product into a certain cell) and the possibility of sending it to the mail.
The action "Send a price list every day\hour" was added, all this was done through it, we never used sending it to the mail, but for ourselves we constantly generate and update prices, for the last half a year we have seen difficulty when uploading a file from price list and ticking execute now - nothing happens. The price list can be generated 10-20 times, yesterday, after an unmeasured number of uploads / downloads, it was not possible to get the completed price list. Today, from the 7th time, prices have been uploaded to the price list, but the file gives an error when opened, and then empty sheets are displayed.
Help solve this issue.

We do not send price lists, but simply update prices and make mailings in a different way.
