Bug with integration or automation

Good afternoon!
Some glitch or bug has occurred.
The client placed an order on Rozetka and after a couple of minutes the same client canceled it.
I received an order in the box, but it is somehow buggy, I think not all automations worked.

Yes, I see. You can just delete it if it's really cancelled. If not, I can re-pull it into your box from the socket by deleting the current process from the base

Also, did it happen because of our settings or some kind of bug?
