A damaged Excel file is generated for exporting goods to Prom

Yesterday at 23:26 was the last successful import of data on Prom (from the file generated for export in the box). Today, at 07:08, Prom already reported the error. It can be seen on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/HEuuRumFr-PX. The Excel file generated for the download cannot be opened, it is generated "damaged", so Prom cannot read it. We checked the logs, none of the employees changed anything with the goods at night, so that some illegal character could get into the export file. It seems that something has changed in the generation of the file and now it is not working to download data about products on Prom.

I am appealing to the developers, you can still look, for almost a week there have been constant problems with the generation of the file for Promo. Data on Prom is not being downloaded again since yesterday. I found a problem with the file generation. When we simply change the name of some products, we do not change anything from the description, visually everything with the description remains as it is https://prnt.sc/FGTwXgXwTv_g, and in the code: https://prnt.sc/yybLF1RQeQs1. I think it generates a corrupted file. I clear the format, but nothing changes https://prnt.sc/G3Em4ObsX2Vi. Because I don't understand how to continue working when the changes are not uploaded to Prom.

Good day.
Unfortunately, from your description, it is not clear with which product the error occurs and which OneBox in particular.
Looking at the screenshot https://prnt.sc/yybLF1RQeQs1 - there is a need for you to provide an example of such a product - perhaps it is a mistake that you have such a description in the products from somewhere.
