Here is an example https://andser.crm-onebox.com/223084/
Since the status did not change for 4 days, the order went into cancellation. Although this status has a procedure for statuses from the outlet https://andser.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/194/action/new/

Well, duck, I asked for an example where the status does not switch now, and not the one where it has already switched to cancellation. For this order, the TTN is still in the required status - can we switch to the previous stage and check what the api gives out for switching?

Yes, you can switch. Now we do not have such orders as there were problems in the operation of the outlet itself

So maybe the problem in this order is similarly related to those problems in the operation of the outlet itself?

No. The problem with the outlet was not technical, but documentary. Due to changes in the rules of work in our category on the outlet, our products were not displayed for a week and there were no orders.
