Setting up automation for receiving messages from Prom.ua

In the box https://topbox.1b.app/desktop/ in automation once a minute https://topbox.1b.app/app/automatization/minute/edit/ set up an action that should create tasks if a client contacted us on prom. Clients contact us regularly, but requests from the client do not come to the box and tasks are not created. Help me understand why the action does not work.

it is not enough to just connect the action, you need to configure it. Among the mandatory fields is the selection of a business process that should be created if the client wrote a promo in the chat.
Can you make a screenshot of what's inside the action?

As I assumed - the action does not select which process to launch.
Set at least a simple task or some separate stage of the order. Although take into account that if the client first asks via chat, and then makes an order - then 2 different processes will be created. It will be necessary to combine or cancel
Also, until recently, Prom did not allow replying to the chat via АРИ more than 1 time, check how it is now.

I have a business process and stage installed. Or are you not talking about this setting?

Then check whether there are no verification or ban actions at the Prom request stage. It is better to disable all actions and try to make a new request from the prom - a new Chat process should be created

try to change BP to Simple task for experiment
indicated once every 2 minutes - try to retrieve the value, our clients have not indicated anything.
And after that, make a request in the chat on Prom

this is the most recent dialogue, the rest are for 2021

We have one shop on the prom. The integration is up and running.

Seems to have found the cause. We do not receive all messages from Prom. There are two types of messages on prom

1. Messages -

2. Messages from the portal/chat -

If the client writes to us in "messages" - we get everything .

And if he writes in "messages from the portal / chat" nothing comes to the box.

Is this a problem with us or is the action in automation supposed to work the way it should (do not import "messages from the portal/chat")?

There is only 1 method in the prom documentation for receiving messages, it does not say about different types of messages. Everything that we received from them was loaded into the system. If they give only one type of message, then the question is for them how to get another
