Good afternoon, there may be several reasons why the orders were not imported:
1. The action is disabled
2. crowns do not work
3. BP settings are such that there was an error when creating the order
etc. Is there a current order that does not get delayed in the box? According to such an order, you can definitely tell why it is not delayed, why X days ago something did not work, unfortunately it is very difficult to tell
