The socket still gives 204 code, i.e. believes that she has nothing new for us. Try changing the api to work. https://seller.rozetka.com.ua is an old api as far as I know

2. The error is most likely not directly related to the outlet. Most likely someone in the cron tried to create a contact without contact details. This is an error when creating a contact.
