You need to check the integration settings, there may not be a category or brand of your products selected for uploading. You also need to look at the settings of the action, perhaps there are some settings that prevent the goods from being unloaded under some conditions

Or change the action settings or uncheck the product. You should probably contact your integrator for advice, since apparently you are poorly versed in this integration and do not understand what is happening and why.

Svetlana, please contact the person who set up the upload for you so that he explains in detail to you what and why he set up. From what I see - you reconfigured the action and the goods are gone. And you just had to put in the necessary goods an additional field "Unload to the outlet"
