when importing ttn ukrposhta, the ukrposhta handler is not activated and the sticker cannot be printed.

I can suggest modifying it by analogy with the action "PromUA / Import order invoice from prom.ua" - so that when importing a consignment note, check the automation of the delivery method of the process, and if it is Ukrposhta, create an invoice with the Ukrposhta consignment note number.
