judging by what you wrote, the status will not change in the Rozetka account. The fact is that all statuses in the Rozetka market place go in turn.
You have indicated the following order: now the order is in the status "Processed by the manager", and you want to transfer it to the status "Submitted to the delivery service" - but this option is not correct.
It should be like this: now the order is in the status "Processed by the manager", then we transfer it to the status "Data confirmed. Awaiting dispatch", and only now we need to transfer the order to the status "Submitted to the delivery service".
What did I want to say in general? An order that has the very first status "New order" cannot be immediately transferred to the last stage "Parcel received", you need to go through the entire order chain (all the necessary statuses).
