I have an error during synchronization, although I configured everything correctly. How do I find out the IP address for authorization in the database? Is this the IP address of my OneBox? For example, I ping the site dncomp.1b.app and use this IP for authorization, or is the request coming from some other one?

Good afternoon. The error in the screenshot indicates a database connection error. Configure it so that you can connect to the OpenCart database from an external service, in this case from the box's IP address using the access rights specified in the settings.
