Error 400 means that the request was received but the recipient or the person standing in front of it (cloudflyer, someone else) didn't like it. Ask them not to pull the wool over their eyes and let them say what exactly they don't like about the request and not fairy tales about it not being received. It was received - they didn't want to process it.
