After the DDoS, user access to the client's site was changed. New ones were specified in the application settings https://arp.1b.app/app/horoshop/settings/index/. You need to enter the IP address of your box in the list of allowed addresses
You can find out the address of your box here: https://2ip.ua/ua/services/information-service/nslookup

everything is correct, it was connected and access from foreign ips was prohibited, and the boxing server is just on them
