The action "Send process to OpenCart" https://i.imgur.com/JwxV3zZ.png works so that processes are sent to the specified site according to the logic: looks for a match by external box ID = opencard ID a) a match is found - we update the process to opencard b) the external ID is empty/there is no match - a process with a new ID is created on Opencard, the opencard ID is received by Vanbox in the External ID field. Please rate: 1) so that new contacts that are transferred together with orders (and created on Openkart) receive an assigned Openkart ID in the External ID field of the vanbox contact, according to the logic of how external IDs receive Orders; 2) so that the action updates the information about the Client of the opencard process (in the event that the client/client data changes during order processing - currently the client data is transferred only 1 time).
