Specify in more detail - how exactly will you, as I understand it from WordPress, add applications to onebox? Will it be with the help of the rest api or do you need to finalize a certain action for importing data from WordPress (then you need documentation where you store this data)?
It is logical to create them as processes (if there is customer data) to then use automation for further sales
