Good day. I can see the pages opening, but very slowly. Have not contacted your hosting provider about this issue, maybe you have some problems with hosting?

Rostislav, you have MVP, I assume that there is a user who received a lot of notifications in the communication center, so that they slow down the whole system. Try to set the action "Clear Notification Center to selected users" on the minute crown and add users there, where there may be many notifications (or for everyone). It should work after a few minutes, then check again to see if it slows down. Another option - we had a case when it slowed down terribly from Chrome, but not from other browsers. Check from a mobile phone, for example.

This can happen if you run something voluminous, export, АРИ, etc. You have to wait a few hours. If you still have an online store on the box, then an attack from the outside is likely. Then involve server specialists.

Good day Either a DOS attack or very aggressive bots are coming to your server. This puts a very heavy load on the server. We can analyze and block the IP addresses from which the load comes. - 1 hour

We can see the load. To make an analysis, you need to collect data for some time. Now everything is normal 18:40:54 up 2 days, 8:13, 4 users, load average: 0.96, 2.96, 14.87

Thank you. It became normal. But the bots on the site destroy the entire system, blocking them does not cover the cause of the problem. How should it not be? How can you make sure that they don't load the site?
Thank you.

Bots are the cause of the load. Bots open pages, there is nothing criminal in this, but your server cannot handle so many requests at once. A queue of requests arises, which leads to a large load. By the way, the same thing happens with DOS attacks, a large number of requests are sent to the server at the same time. On your server, a load average of more than 78 (with a norm of up to 8) was recorded.

You need to increase the power of the server. To begin with, you can replace the disk subsystem with a faster one based on NVME or SSD drives. The server currently has a very slow disk subsystem installed. Tests show low write speed (like a slow HDD) copied 1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB), 13.7006 c, 78.4 MB/c copied 1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB), 14.59 c, 73.6 MB/c copied 1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB), 19.3488 c, 55.5 MB/c

mariadb 10.5 with a nap Galera just in case you need to do balancing or something cool nginx with accelerators like pagespeed brotli and necessarily qiuce (http/3) can you add that?

We can move this site to a new server. (DB can be - mariadb 10.6) We do not deal with QUIC protocol settings, as well as additional modules (pagespeed, brotli).
