No, only products that have no categories at all cannot be uploaded separately. You can play around with this situation as described, or look for settings with other conditions (for example, unloading products only with a given additional field) and set a different unloading condition, if there are such settings.

I tried unloading products only with a given additional field.
But still, if a product is not in a category, it is not exported.
