Error loading products

1. In the Opencart integration, "import of products" throws up an error: Cannot connect to database: Host 'electrone.1b.app' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.
IP added to allowed
Files are loaded correctly
API enabled
Products did not load
But when Importing orders from Opencart, the orders were loaded, but the error was the same as in Importing products

Good afternoon. You did not provide access to the opencard database from the IP box, that is why there is such an error. Box server cannot connect to database
