Good afternoon, we encountered the same problem when importing goods from cs-cart.
There is an online store with a large number of products, about 200k, when setting up integration, the products are not pulled up into the box, even if you specify the period for which you need to pull up the products https://prnt.sc/gn2VdTPMAVn0 less than 10 products have been changed in the last 48 hours, but they are the same didn't catch up.
We tried to deploy a demo of cs-cart without any modifications or add-ons, by default there are 256 products. When importing from the demo, the products showed up, all 256, but without pictures.
