orders from openkart disappear in the box, they are not displayed

Orders from Openkart box seem to pick up, send a letter, change the status of the order in Openkart, give a business process number

but for some reason I cannot find this process in the box by number, on the screenshot example #21952

maybe it's somehow related?

after rearranging opencard and setting up a new integration, orders came in with errors in the contact fields, there was some kind of link in the will of my father, that's how he entered the SRM quick order on sat

it was like that for the first couple of days, then the orders stopped being displayed in the box at all (at first I thought that the orders did not enter the box, but I found out that they do, but I do not see them)

yes they are

in the action settings, it is indicated to which business process to which stage these orders should be linked

and boxing for some reason created some virtual business process "OpenCart-27" and ties orders from the site to it
