2. Maybe there is an option to export once a day or even once a week?
3. The hosting of the site sent a letter that the processor minutes were exceeded (on the screenshot), I understand that this is directly related to the export. Perhaps you need to adjust the capacities that the export action takes?

I see the developers do not answer, most likely it is because the integration itself works, the question is only about the system to which you want to upload data.
Accordingly, if you want to thoroughly solve the problem, you should find out in which data center your box is located, rent a WordPress server there with the necessary parameters and transfer your site there. As a result, the Internet will not be used for local data exchange.

We have come to the conclusion that we will run exports once a week/month. This is for a corporate event, so it is not necessary more often. The only thing is, we need to reduce the load on the processing part of the server where the wordpress site is located, so we will most likely think about something, discuss and probably contact the integrator.
