Hello! and the developer to change this field? because the backup was rolled back on OC and after that the orders do not come. we assume that the problem is that these Linkkeys are duplicated. deleting the order is not an option, because there are already warehouse operations and payments. if there is an opportunity to manually enter the correct linkkey in the database, and this would restore synchronization, then please evaluate

1. What kind of backup and where did you roll back? 2. Give the id of the order on the open card (today's) that does not arrive. Perhaps the problem is not in linkkey at all

If they rolled back on the open card, then it's understandable. Give the last order id on the open card that was after the backup was rolled back, I will delete all orders in the box with id > the last one from the backup and new orders will be automatically created in the box. It will take 1 hour. Now the problem is the following, as far as I understand it: 1. on the open card, there were orders with id #1 #2 #3 THEY MADE A BACKUP #4 #5 #6. after completing the backup, orders 4, 5, 6 disappeared from Openkart, but at the same time, their IDs were released in the database due to the backup. Since there are already orders with such ids when importing into the box, it does not create them. Here you can either intervene or make an auto-increment in the order table in the open card for the number of orders that were before the backup was restored, then new orders will be entered. Or delete old orders in the box/change the linkkey to an empty one.

Yes, you can remove the linkkey from the orders that were entered after the backup was created (from the 11th) and then you will save the old orders and all new ones will be added. But in order not to duplicate orders for the 11th itself, you need the ID of the last order that was in the backup (to delete the linkkey only for those whose ID is greater than what was on the open card in the backup).

came to the conclusion that it would be easier to clear the link key field for all processes from this Opencard in the box (there will be a few duplicate processes, we will deal with them) But we have 2 integrations connected, it is possible to clear the link key only for the processes from one of them, or will such clearing of all integrations apply?

Hello! Please give the amount and card to pay for clearing the linkkey field
this is required for integration https://znaide.1b.app/app/opencart-1/
