If they rolled back on the open card, then it's understandable. Give the last order id on the open card that was after the backup was rolled back, I will delete all orders in the box with id > the last one from the backup and new orders will be automatically created in the box. It will take 1 hour.
Now the problem is the following, as far as I understand it:

after completing the backup, orders 4, 5, 6 disappeared from Openkart, but at the same time, their IDs were released in the database due to the backup. Since there are already orders with such ids when importing into the box, it does not create them. Here you can either intervene or make an auto-increment in the order table in the open card for the number of orders that were before the backup was restored, then new orders will be entered. Or delete old orders in the box/change the linkkey to an empty one.

Yes, you can remove the linkkey from the orders that were entered after the backup was created (from the 11th) and then you will save the old orders and all new ones will be added. But in order not to duplicate orders for the 11th itself, you need the ID of the last order that was in the backup (to delete the linkkey only for those whose ID is greater than what was on the open card in the backup).

came to the conclusion that it would be easier to clear the link key field for all processes from this Opencard in the box (there will be a few duplicate processes, we will deal with them)
But we have 2 integrations connected, it is possible to clear the link key only for the processes from one of them, or will such clearing of all integrations apply?
