Hello!
The pureperfume.1b.app box is not expanded for the automatic hourly action settings:
Import products from opencart, upload to opencart and import categories and opencart
Actions are not duplicated.
A new action is added, configured, saved, and when you try to open it again, nothing happens.
I don't see this on other boxes.
Can you suggest what could be the issue?

When you open the action settings, the box tries to connect to the base. You have not correctly registered access to the database or remote access to it from the box server is closed.

Until the first half of December 16, all exchanges between opencart and Boxing were carried out in the specified mode. How to understand closed from the Box server?

if you have mvp - open Reports - Logging, click Opencart there, most likely there will be an error Could not connect to the database

OS. The action "Upload to opencart" opens. Import - no. They can be added, configured, saved, and then they are not opened for reconfiguration. No changes were made to the database and connection settings. I don't see an error in the API

I repeat, this problem occurs due to the fact that there is no access to the opencart database, you expand the action and it tries to connect to the database (at this moment some lists from the site should be imported), and since this does not work, the action just hangs . Check database access. Basically the problem is that remote access is not allowed. I will not be able to describe all the nuances to you here, contact the site programmers with such a request or the site hoster.

On the side of the site and the hoster, the client checked everything. No changes were made. All accesses are open. The automatic action is never revealed. I don't see any errors in the API I install a new action, set it up, save it, and again the action is not revealed.

Hello Maria. On automatic actions, deleted all previously configured actions. Added a new import of goods with a minimum of settings. She kept the same picture again: the action is not revealed, it is not duplicated.

on the opencart you seem to have categories looped. Until there is a normal category tree - the action will not unfold (it sends a request, waits and does not receive a response and because of this it does not open)
