I have connection with magento too. This situation may occur due to the fact that you do not have this product in the product catalog. That is, magento sends a list of products according to the order, OneBox checks the list and does not find one product and fills in the fields in the order (product name, etc.). Check the following: - if such a product is in OneBox; - if the product is still in the system - check if the field according to which OneBox is looking for the product is filled correctly. - check the action "Import orders from Magento", namely the field "Search product by:" Write later - is everything ok with this.
