Stopped importing orders from magento

Good afternoon. Today, at 17:01, the last time CRM knocked on the api to shops on magento for orders and after that did not apply anymore.
Accordingly, orders do not fall into the CRM, and this is sadness.
No one touched the automatic actions, checked that the settings are correct and enabled.
Need help or direction where to dig.

Cron is working. Orders are coming from Opencart. Doesn't specifically handle auto-action on import from Magento.

Locally, the problem is not reproduced and orders are not downloaded from your server without problems, i.e. it's somewhere in the settings or domain or firewall, which do not allow requests.
The case is not easy, we look at similar situations with magento on the Internet and search for a solution. So far I haven't found a solution.
Ask the server administrators if any settings were changed at the exact time when the orders stopped loading.

I apologize for harsh statements, but not everyone writes services and counted on the experience of technical support.
In the end, after a day of googling and checking different options, everything turned out to be mysterious, but simple.
The SOAP component in PHP worked and did not work at the same time))
Those. she was active, but did not perform her functions.
Launched only after a complete update of all PHP extensions. In which extension the problem was, I don’t know, but as a result, the requests went.
I assume that the snag was in openSSL, but I will not say.
