Good afternoon. The problem was that you made a redirect from http to https and left a link with http in the box in the admin panel. Changed to https, launched cron - photos got to ftp, when cron works on opencart, they will get into product cards.

We are not responsible for what happens in your opencart. If I set up the upload for you, everything worked and then "suddenly" it broke, which means that you changed something: access to the database, server ip, added a certificate, anything else. I'm not responsible for your server, I can only go back, spend my time again and fix the bug that's preventing the upload from working.
