Order statuses were not updated in Horosop

Good afternoon!
In Horosop, order statuses were not updated:
https://crm.hotsalon.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/24351/edit/
and
https://crm.hotsalon.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/24340/edit/
Their support says that requests are sent from us with an incorrect order number and status.
Please check what could be the problem.

Well, for starters, provide examples of what exactly is not correctly transmitted from OneBox to Horosop according to these orders?
order_id in requests are transmitted 1309082 and 1309079 respectively, and if we are talking about the stage https://crm.hotsalon.com.ua/admin/shop/workflowstatus/71/action/new/ - then the status value is transmitted 2

Now in Horosop all order statuses have been updated, as there were subsequent status changes in OneBox.
But, this problem occurs periodically.
Here's what Horosop's support wrote on the subject:
"Here is an example request:

Data is sent to update the status of order ID 91545, and an error is displayed accordingly, because there is no such order on the site.
As of today (08/18/21), I see that about 20 minutes ago the correct request was already sent, and with the order number you need. The request was processed and for order 1309082 the status was changed to "Delivering".
But still, incorrect requests to update data for non-existent orders continue.
Send OneBox support this screenshot:

way they will comment what they are trying to update with this request, and where this order ID comes from, because there are no orders with this number on the site."

Here you have such an order with an external ID https://crm.hotsalon.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/24248/edit/
As I understand it, you have some kind of import of your orders - and somewhere at the stage you are trying to update the status of the order in Horosop - and there is no order with such an ID

As I understand it, you have some kind of import of your orders - and somewhere at the stage you are trying to update the status of the order in Horosop - and there is no order with such an ID

So this is the external order ID from our app, not from the website.
There is generally a different integration, which was ordered earlier from you, as a revision.
And it's all set up with different actions here:

This is a question for someone who has added a status transfer action to OKop in a business process.
From our side, everything works correctly - the action is added - there is an external ID - it tries to send a request.

No, because you probably also fill in external IDs instead of linkkey when importing orders
You need to separate the activities in the business process so that the status switch is triggered only for orders from OK.
As an option - there is an action "Stop performing the following actions when conditions are met" where you can check the name of the process (Business process from Ok # 1309079) for the content of the word "% Good% - and if the condition is not equal - then the next one to switch the status - do not comply
