You need to make a setting in the "Import processes from CS-Cart" action - Always take process client data (name, phone, email) from the order in CS-Cart

We are looking for a process client as before
We always take process data (full name, phone number, email) from the order, it doesn’t matter who was appointed as the client, it will change only if we change the client manually
Full name is taken from the fields https://take.ms/Zq1Qv

That is, no matter what client we find, the data in the process must always come from the site.
