Good day. Messages from echat are received by push, after the push is received, you can make it so that the automation action is launched and adds the message to the existing process. But I would advise only adding such messages to a new process, but not creating new processes in such a way that there are no situations when pushes are received in parallel and 2 or more tasks are created based on messages from one client. The revision will take about 3 hours. Should I issue an invoice?

That's exactly what needs to be added to an existing process. Now, simply receiving a message into an existing process takes 1 minute, and preferably instantly, just like in the E-chat application.
