Action at the BP stage - Check for telegram comment in the process and switch the stage
It says it runs once a minute. Will this action monitor and consume CPU resources on the server every minute, or is it passive and only runs after there is a comment?

Every minute, it will run and check for the presence of a comment according to the specified conditions in all processes in the stage where the action is configured.
