A new person knocks on the Telegram bot: https://t.me/BalistykaUA_Bot
The box does not create a contact card for this person and task.
According to old users, this same bot works and everything is OK.
Here is an example of a problem: balistyka.1b.app/56016/
Configured the action Turn Telegram message into a process to create a task:
balistyka.1b.app/app/automatization/minute/edit/

Try checking the following options:
1. Contacts application - Other settings - the "Allow adding a user without contact data" check box must be checked
2. In the integration settings /app/telegram/appsettings/, try to set the item "Unsubscribe" - "Save" - then the item "Subscribe" - "Save"
