Good afternoon, we made a Viber bot and encountered a problem when the manager responds to the client through the "General chat" block, then the client's buttons that were added when sending a message at the stage of the process disappear.
How can you make sure that when communicating with a client, he always has one button displayed?

It is probably best to finalize the settings in the general chat block with the selection of a multi-list of buttons to be sent by default with each message sent through the general chat.
