At the first message from the client, a contact is created without a phone number. The meaning of this contact and the work of this application, if it is not clear who is writing at all. But at the same time, the name is attractive.
That is, the problem is that when a client places an order with us, a contact card is created for him, and when this client writes to us on the Viber chatbot, a new contact is created, generally empty with one name.

1. Viber itself does not show the phone through chat bots, so I don’t understand where to take it to the system....
2. If it is not important to you that it is a bot, then connect the same echat to your phone number and it will work there, but it will not be a bot anymore, but your personal number
