Integration with E-chat is configured for the client

From the process, the notification is sent to Viber, but the client's response is not pulled back into the process, https://construct.1b.app/659/ although it is in the system (in the E-chat application and in Events), but a new process https is created: //construct.1b.app/661/.

How to make the client's answer fall into the process from which the manager started communication?

Is it a matter of settings or refinement?
