this application appeared because there was some client a long time ago who said "I need crm integration with whatsapp, this is exactly the functionality." And OneBox answered him something in the spirit of "become a client - we'll drink it down." And so it happened.
Further, most likely not many clients (or maybe even 1) use this integration.
In the process of creating OneBox OS, it was transferred "as is".
That is, we most likely never had the goal of "making a cool integration with whatsapp", simply because, purely statistically, clients from the Russian Federation (or people from the Russian Federation) usually want it, and the Russian market has never interested me.

It all depends on how exactly you do it. There are many options, I will describe only a few of them that come to mind:
1. You make your own server-to-server integration application. Within a week there will be documentation on how to do this.
You place the application on 1b.app as a component. Your 70% of sales.

In this case, the leads for this solution are only yours, and how you will sell such a solution and how exactly you will implement it is your personal choice.
