There is a setting in action: Send with button message

Do I understand correctly that along with the text of the message in the telegram bot, you can send one or more buttons?
For example, we need to display 4 buttons in the bot:
- Need help with medication
- Need help with settlement
- Need medical advice
- Need help finding a job.
What should be written in the Callback Data field for these buttons to work?
And how does this setting actually work?

This is the data that will be sent via the webhook when a particular button is clicked.
