So, I assume that she does not apply to the position of manager or head of the call center or her position is incorrectly registered.
That is, you need to open Tatyana’s card and check what position she has, if it doesn’t match, write it down, if it matches, then try to change it to the same one, there are errors when the title of the position is entered a little differently and they are already considered different in the database .

I rechecked the position settings and resaved - the problem still did not disappear.
