At the same time, the client does not have a viber identifier in the card , please check why?

How can you see it? In the client's history, there are no logs for the viber id field, changes to this field are not displayed there, so I hope you can look at the logs and answer this question

This question is not about the logs, just suddenly you noticed that after some certain actions this happened. Maybe the contacts were united, or something else.
I'll try to analyze the history of contact changes and requests from Viber ..
