According to the stage settings, if a comment appears in the task, the task should switch to the previous stage [file]11027[/file] . 02.10 the client wrote to us in the FB messenger and we had a comment from the client in the comment feed and we were in active correspondence with the client (from the comment feed) being at this stage https://ukrpromspec.com.ua/admin/customorder/bistrie-prodazhi /194889/edit/ . Bug - the action [file]11028[/file] set at the step https://ukrpromspec.com.ua/admin/shop/workflowstatus/2382/action/new/ did not work. There are several such tasks.
