probably the check box "If the process is not yet associated with the Telegram chat, then use another process client chat" does not work. because if the procedure is run on a process initiated from Telegram, the error does not occur and the message is sent.

This contact was not marked as writing to this bot. I removed the telegram in the universal contact block, resaved it, it should work

what it means? processes were created from this contact through Telegram, and it was possible to manually send a Telegram to him in the same process. so there was a Telegram ID.
