Hello, in the onebox market in the settings for integration with Nova Poshta there are fields responsible for selecting the recipient (individual or organization), they are located in the left column.
In the right column there is a field responsible for the transfer of EDRPOU from the contact card to Nova Poshta.
As a result of the correct setting of these fields, you will receive an invoice for a legal entity, whose data will be pulled from the Nova Poshta database by EDRPOU. Even if you have an error in the name of the recipient, the name from the state register will be visible on the invoice.
There are nuances in pulling up the name of the recipient, but this is configured based on the tasks of the customer.
